Jenna Jaussaud
Marriage and Family Therapy & Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor trainee. I am currently studying at Pacifica Graduate Institute and obtained my bachelor’s in psychology and contemplative studies from Oregon State University. I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges with warmth, curiosity, and respect for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
My approach honors both conscious and unconscious aspects of experience as well as the spiritual and sacred dimensions that give life meaning. I believe that struggles often carry hidden wisdom and that healing involves reconnecting with parts of ourselves that have been forgotten or silenced. My goal is to offer guidance grounded in compassion and curiosity as well as create a safe, reflective space where you can explore deeper questions and the symbolic language of your inner landscape in addition to navigating relationship struggles, life transitions, or feelings of disconnection.
I understand that seeking therapy and the therapy process can be challenging. I see therapy as a process of uncovering the deeper layers of your being and rediscovering the wisdom that resides within. Working with me is your safe space to be seen and heard for all that you are and together, we can explore not only what is difficult, but also that wisdom that is wishing to be understood so you can move toward greater authenticity and inner freedom.
