We offer individual, couples, family, and child counseling for a wide range of concerns — including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. Our team includes therapists with diverse specialties, so we can match you with someone who best fits your needs and goals.

Sessions start at $30 and range up to $80. Student and Veteran sessions are $20 with a Trainee Therapist.

You can request an appointment by filling out our short intake form on the Get Started page. Once submitted, a member of our team will reach out to match you with a therapist and schedule your first session. You can also call or email us directly if you prefer to speak with someone before getting started.

Yes. Many of our therapists offer evening and weekend sessions to make counseling more accessible for clients with busy schedules. Availability may vary by therapist, so we’ll do our best to match you with someone whose schedule fits your needs.
