Family Counseling
Family counseling is designed to support the mental health and well-being of the entire family. Sessions focus on strengthening bonds, improving communication, and navigating conflicts in a healthier way.

Therapy may include all family members together or some individually, depending on your needs.
Sessions usually last 50 minutes to an hour and are often short-term, averaging around 12 meetings. Your therapist will guide the process based on your family’s unique situation.
